how sad... :( I accidentally twisted my ankle this morning after the pilates session... :( it's really painful! and i could not walk much cuz it hurts more. :( in order to walk, i have to hop with one feet... :o but still i manage to recover after an hour thanks to the rolling thingy that the instructor lend to me. :) after an hour I'm back on track again :) yippee!!! and was able to complete my routine. :)
